1. Membership & billing
Smooth Season is a monthly membership billed at R249 per month by secure card payment. Your members rate and benefits are active for as long as your membership is current.
2. The members rate
Members receive 20% off every waxing treatment at Wax On Wax Off, applied in salon at the time of your appointment. The discount applies to treatments only and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
3. Benefits
Membership includes priority winter booking, bonus Petals on every visit through WOWO Rewards, and a birthday treat. Petals are earned and redeemed per the WOWO Rewards terms.
4. Changes & cancellation
To pause, change or cancel your membership, contact us on WhatsApp or in salon. Changes take effect from your next billing date. Amounts already billed are non-refundable.
5. Personal information (POPIA)
The information you provide is used solely to administer your membership and billing, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act. It will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing without your separate consent.
6. General
Wax On Wax Off reserves the right to amend these terms where reasonably necessary, with notice to members. By joining you agree to these terms and conditions.
