1. The reward
When you refer a friend who has not visited Wax On Wax Off before, and that friend books and pays for their first waxing treatment, your friend receives R100 off that first treatment and you receive R100 off your next treatment. Both rewards apply to waxing treatments and are redeemed in salon.
2. How to claim
Share the referral with your friend, for example on WhatsApp. Your friend simply mentions your name in salon at their first appointment. Your R100 reward is recorded against your next visit. No codes or cards are required.
3. Eligibility
The referred friend must be a genuine new client who has not previously been treated at Wax On Wax Off. The R100 reward applies to a single first treatment per referred friend. There is no limit on the number of new friends you may refer.
4. Using your reward
Rewards apply to the treatment price and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part. A reward may be combined with a Smooth Season membership discount but not with other promotions unless stated. One R100 reward applies per qualifying visit.
5. Personal information (POPIA)
Please only share the referral with people happy to hear from you. Any information collected to record a referral is used solely to apply the reward, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing without separate consent.
6. General
Wax On Wax Off reserves the right to amend these terms or end the referral programme where reasonably necessary. By taking part you agree to these terms and conditions.
