1. Delivery
Gift cards are digital. After secure card payment, a unique gift code is emailed within seconds to the recipient or to the purchaser to forward. Please check the spam folder if it does not arrive, or contact us on WhatsApp and we will resend it.
2. Redemption
Gift cards are redeemable against any waxing treatment at Wax On Wax Off, in salon, at 13 Regent Road, 1st Floor, Sea Point. Present the gift code at your appointment. Value passes give a treatment value greater than the amount paid, as stated on each pass.
3. Value and validity
Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remains on the card and can be applied to a future treatment. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, and are non-refundable.
4. Using your card
If a treatment costs more than the card value, the difference is payable in salon by cash or card. Multiple visits may be used until the balance is spent. Lost or stolen codes cannot be replaced if already redeemed, so please keep your code safe.
5. Personal information (POPIA)
The information you provide at checkout is used solely to process your gift and deliver the code, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act. It will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing without your separate consent.
6. General
Wax On Wax Off reserves the right to amend these terms where reasonably necessary. By purchasing a gift card you agree to these terms and conditions.
